The service provides care and support to adults of all ages with a learning disability/autism or mental health needs. This includes those with complex and challenging behaviour needs, forensic histories and those with a diagnosis of personality disorder.
The support provided is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live a safe and meaningful life they choose for themselves. The support we offer is completely dependent on the needs of each individual service user.
Our team will ensure right from the beginning that each service user knows how they will be supported. After the assessment process, a Contractual Support Agreement will be drawn between the service user, their Social Worker or Care Coordinator. Detailed support plans will be drawn up with the full participation of the service users stating how our team will support them will all aspects of daily life to develop skills required to live more independently.
