How we help people

Whilst every situation is different, the level of support we offer is the same, simply moulded to each person and their needs.

Throughout, we review support given, always with the goal to maximise independence. This happens  at the right pace for each person through a careful and systematic reduction of dependence. It may include a reduction of observation support and increasing background support, for example. Where possible, we aim to positively discharge our people from supported living to independent living.

Our teams are here to support every person in the way they want to be supported in their own environment. Our staff team is trained in Active Support and Reach Standards, which means they will give the support required but always ensuring the individual leads the activity which is completed at the pace that person feels comfortable with.
